XMEGA PTE LTD ("we", "us") operates the BriteKYC platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data in compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Information we collect

Information you submit via our contact and demo request forms (name, company, email, phone), and standard server/usage logs.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiries, deliver the BriteKYC service, and meet our regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Compliance records processed through the platform are retained for the period required by Singapore law (currently 5 years).
