Use of service

You agree to use BriteKYC only for lawful KYC/AML compliance purposes consistent with Singapore law and your own license obligations.

No legal advice

BriteKYC is software and informational content. It does not constitute legal advice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, XMEGA PTE LTD's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the prior 12 months.
